I do have to tell everyone this story because after 10 years it was a first for me. We started off the day at Matthews house, a normal morning I thought, until Matthew started to get dressed. He looks around downstairs first picks up a tie, looks at the back and puts it down. He proceeds to go upstairs and asks “has anyone seen my tie?” Someone said “it’s downstairs”. He goes and looks at the same tie again and says “that’s not my tie, mines a giorgio armani tie”. He looks around again and his nephew has a tie on that looks similar to his tie, but earlier that morning they had put it on his nephew and because it was an adult tie it was to long, so they cut the tie to fit. Matthew looks at the back of the tie and says “that’s my tie, YOU CUT MY GIORGIO ARMANI TIE” everyone was in an uproar, I couldn’t believe it. Mom took the tie right away to her sewing machine and kept repeating “I can’t believe we cut his tie” She brought the tie out and Matthew wasn’t convinced at first, but he tied it properly and thank goodness the cut was hidden under the collar of his shirt. Relief came over everyone including the Matthew, I was so glad it all worked out.
